Go wide! Go wide! No, it's not a football play, it is photography advice from the wide Ansel-Adams-bread types :) And Micro Four Thirds photographers do have a wide-angle choice with the 7-14mm f4 Panasonic Lumix G lens. The lens is neither affordable nor easy to find, as you can expect with all things Panasonic-in-demand.
But that didn't stop SLR Gear from giving the lens a thorough workout in their latest review. And the Xs and Os of the lens are only part of the answer. Finding the lens is another question, if not quest.
As of September 2009, this is the only wide-zoom available for Micro Four Thirds, and with more photographers entering the M43 arena, there will be more interest in this lens. So Panasonic Elves, get back to work and starting producing more :)
